Luke 1:26-38
by Madison Lazenby
I would have made a great saint. I perform well under pressure. Ask me anything. I would have made a great youth pastor. I can be hip and/or relatable when I try hard enough. I didn’t like anyone in my confirmation class. No one in my confirmation class liked me. I would have made a great camp counselor. I would finally learn to play the ukulele. I would renew my CPR certification. I would save my cedarwood cabin of pre-teen girls from hell. There is no hell, I’ll tell them. I will french braid their hair together into one long rope stretching all the way to the lake. I will cheer them on as they stand on the diving board. There are no parents. No boys. No angel coming to find you. There is only you.
